Privacy policy

1 What we collect

We collect what running your account and fulfilling your order requires, and no more:

• Account data: name, email address, phone number if you give one, and preferred language.
• Order data: the course ordered, the amount, the receipt image and what it shows — sender name and the last digits of the wallet or account.
• Study data: which lessons you watched, where you stopped, and how far through each course you are.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device, sign-in times, and error logs.
• Correspondence: whatever you write in the contact form or email to us.

2 Why we collect it

Each kind of data has one defined purpose, and is not used for another:

• Performing our contract with you: opening the course you paid for, and saving your progress through it.
• Confirming payment and matching receipts, and answering any dispute about a transfer.
• Enforcing the account rules: limiting how many devices play at once, and detecting redistribution of course material — a legitimate interest of ours and of everyone who buys honestly.
• Answering your messages and sending notifications about your account and orders.
• The newsletter — on your consent alone, which you can withdraw at any time.

3 Payment receipts

A receipt image is uploaded for one purpose: matching your transfer to your order. It is stored in non-public storage reachable only by the order review team, and is never published or shared beyond what accounting requirements or a competent authority requires.

4 The on-screen mark and viewing data

While a lesson plays, the player shows your name and email over the video. For each device you watch on we record a playback session: a device fingerprint derived from your browser, a readable device label, the IP address the request came from, when the session opened and when it was last active, and your watch history — which lessons you opened, how far you reached and where you stopped. These records are what limits how many devices play on one account at a time. We keep them to detect account sharing and redistribution and to answer a dispute about access, not to monitor how fast you learn.

5 Cookies

We use cookies necessary to run the site: your sign-in session, form protection, and your language and theme preference. Any analytics or advertising cookies added later will not be switched on before your consent is taken.

6 Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the platform, and only as far as necessary:

• The hosting provider the platform and its database run on.
• The email provider that delivers your account notifications.
• The video provider that streams the lessons — where a lesson is served from an external video platform, opening it sends a request from your browser to that platform, under that platform's own privacy terms.
• A competent authority, where properly required by law.

7 How long we keep it

Account data is kept while the account exists. Order records and receipts are kept for the period accounting requirements impose, then deleted. Technical logs are deleted after a short period unless they form part of an investigation into misuse.

8 Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

• Show you the data we hold about you, and give you a copy of it.
• Correct anything inaccurate — most of which you can do yourself from your profile page.
• Delete your account, keeping only the order records that accounting requires us to keep.
• Withdraw your consent to the newsletter, with no effect on your courses.

9 Data security

Connections to the site are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed rather than readable, and administrative access to order data is limited to those whose work needs it. No system is without risk; if a breach affects your data we will tell you, and tell you what to do.

10 Children

The platform is intended for people aged 16 and over. Anyone younger uses it under a guardian's supervision and on the guardian's account, and an account we learn was created by a child without consent is deleted.

11 Changes to this policy

This page may be updated. Any material change to what we collect or who we share it with is emailed before it takes effect, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
