What you are actually buying
We sell the right to watch a recorded course inside this website — not video files, and not a right to download or republish. Viewing is through your account alone, with no time limit for as long as the site operates.
- A course may be updated or extended with new lessons at no extra cost to anyone who already bought it.
- What the course page states — lesson count, length and curriculum — is the description of what you are buying.

Your account
An account is personal and may not be shared or sold. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done from your account.
- Account details must be accurate: they are how we contact you and how your transfers are matched to your orders.
- Concurrent use from several people or devices in a pattern that indicates sharing puts the account at risk of suspension.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include any tax due. Payment is currently by manual transfer through Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
- You transfer the exact amount to the number or handle shown with your order, then upload the receipt.
- The uploaded receipt is the basis on which the order is matched, and it is kept with our accounting records.
- Prices may change in future; that never affects a course you have already bought.

Opening access
Access opens after the transfer is matched by hand, normally within 24 hours. You receive an email the moment the course is unlocked.
- If the amount is short, we contact you to complete it before opening the course.
- If the transfer cannot be verified — an unclear or mismatched receipt — we tell you why, and anything that did reach us is returned.

Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of a course being opened, as long as you have not watched more than 20% of its lessons.
- Requests come from the account email, with a brief reason that helps us improve.
- Refunds are paid back by the original method within 14 working days, and access to the course closes when the refund is issued.
- Refunds do not apply where republication of the content or account sharing has been established.

Content protection and intellectual property
Everything in the courses — video, text, images and plans — is owned by us or licensed to us, and protected by copyright law.
- While a lesson plays, the player shows the account holder's name and email over the video, and each viewing session is logged against the account.
- One account may play on a limited number of devices at a time.
- Recording, copying, re-uploading or group screening without written permission is prohibited.
- Established republication means the account is suspended without refund, and we reserve our right to pursue the matter legally.
- Limited quotation for study or review is permitted with attribution.

Acceptable use
This is a teaching platform, and you are expected to use it in a way that harms nobody and disrupts nothing.
- Attempting to bypass the protection measures or to download content automatically is prohibited.
- Comments on articles are moderated; personal abuse and advertising are removed.

Limits of liability
The content is educational and reflects the lecturer's reading of the published evidence at the time of recording. Archaeology moves with new discoveries, and we cannot guarantee that every detail will stand forever.
- We do what we reasonably can to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- We are not liable for indirect losses arising from a temporary interruption of the service.

Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended. Material changes are emailed to you 14 days before they take effect, and continued use of the site after that is acceptance of them.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute not settled amicably.
